Samuel Tsang is a London-based origami teacher and the Author of The Book of Mindful Origami He has folded origami since a child and has
been teaching professionally since 2003. During that time he has noted the comments of many students that origami was calming, relaxing and meditative. MindFOLDness was set up in 2015 to run mindful origami workshops to compliment the release of the book. What is origami? It is the japanese art of paper folding. What is mindfulness?
