MindFOLDness Origami Workshops.

Origami is the japanese art of paper folding and has been shown to promote relaxation, memory, patience and hand eye coordination. It is also effective at promoting mindfulness and creative thinking.
Origami is great for meditation and can be considered yoga for the mind. Suitable for young and old.
In a 90 minute workshop you will typically learn 3 to 4 models. Each model is preceeded by a story to help focus your mind on a positive and imspirational value.
While folding you are encouraged and guided to meditate on the topic of the model.

You will find that origami is a mindful pursuit that allows your mind to quieten and thus allow you to focus, concentrate and meditate on the present moment.
